Lorraine Bruyere is the latest Winnipeg winner in the “Big Spin” lottery.

Bruyere didn’t realize that her ticket had won the top prize of $10,000 plus a chance to spin the big wheel.

“I didn’t find out I won until I validated the ticket – my brother was with me when I checked the ticket, and I looked up and told him it said ‘Big Spin’ but I didn’t know what that meant until the retailer ran over and told me I’d won $10,000,” she laughed.

During a big spin event winners get a chance to spin the prize wheel that guarantees at least an additional $100,000.00 payout.

Bruyere’s spin landed on the $100,000.00 slot netting her a total prize of $110,000.00.

Bruyere says she plans to spend her windfall wisely.
