Bell buys MTS
Bell Canada announced Monday that it is purchasing MTS for $3.9 Billion. The deal will see MTS headquarters become the Bell Western Canada headquarters.
The agreement still needs regulatory approvals and it it expect by the end of the year or early 2017.
In Manitoba the company will be know as Bell MTS.
