A machete attack on a Thompson man has a 23-year-old facing Attempted Murder.
RCMP say that on Saturday, February 24, 2018, just before midnight, they received a call about a serious injury to the victim a local home.
When police arrived they found the man suffering from a deep laceration to his upper body that was caused by a machete.
Investigators have arrested Chris Watt from Thompson. He has been detained in custody.
The victim is in hospital in stable condition.
