Minutes before 2:00 pm firefighters were called to a fire in an attached two-vehicle garage in the 100 block of Lindenshore Drive.

When crews arrived they found the flames and smoke were engulfing the garage and spreading to the house. An aerial ladder an hand lines were used from outside the structure as it was too dangerous to enter the building. Firefighters were eventually able to enter the home once conditions improved. The fire was declared under control at 3:27 pm

No injuries were reported and all occupants got out safely before emergency crews arrived
