Winnipeg Polic are looking for a couple of male suspects who assaulted and then attempted to rob a female at gunpoint.
It happened around 7:00 am Monday morning September 24, 2018, on Osborne Street near Maplewood Avenue.
The woman was walking in the area when two men approached her, knocked her to the ground. One of the men pulled a gun and they attempted to steal her backpack.
A man walking in the area approached and the suspects then pointed the firearm at him before fleeing.
The victim received minor injuries.
Police continue to investigate.
