Winnipeg Police have arrested a 17-year-old male after they responded to a vehicle fire on Bronx Avenue early Friday morning, November 23, 2018.
Police say the teen set fire to the interior of a truck then took off on foot.
The K-9 unit was able to track the suspect where they determined he had entered a second vehicle and then broke into a garage and stole a bike. He was caught with the stolen bike at Bronx and Roch where he was taken into custody.
The accused has been charged with Arson Causing Damage to Property and Break Enter and Theft Place.
He was detained in custody.
