On July 20, 2016 at about 4:20 pm, an intoxicated male and  a female were walking in the area of Isabel Street and Ross Avenue.
   
The woman was observed allegedly carrying a see through plastic bag containing, what appeared to be a handgun. Area residents called police immediately after they saw the contents of the bag.
   
Officers located and arrested both suspects in the area of the 200 block of Isabel Street without incident.
   
A bag containing a loaded handgun was seized. 
   
Shalace Autunm THICKFOOT, 20 years and Shane Justin SUMNER, 27 years have been charged with numerous weapon related offences due to their alleged involvement.
   
Both remain in custody.
