Investigators have arrested and charged a 20-year-old female in connection to the murder of 63-year-old Arnel Deleon Arabe in a Prevette Street residence on October 3, 2021.
Police say they believe that the suspect and victim knew each other prior Arabe’s death.
Skylnn Autumn Elizabeth Keeper was arrested on October 6, and faces a charge for her alleged involvement of Second Degree Murder.
