Suspect can’t hide from dog
A 22 year old male is behind bars after he allegedly robbed a convenience store in the 800 block of Cavalier Drive.
It happened around 2:00 am on Sunday morning. The man walked into the store and confronted the lone employee with a weapon.
The suspect fled on foot after stealing an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise.
The K-9 unit was able to track the suspect to the 400 block of Hillary Crescent where he was arrested.
22 year old Troy Dean Dumas has been charged with robbery and disguise with intent for his alleged involvement.
Dumas remains in custody.
