RCMP in Portage la Prairie are searching for two suspects, a man and a woman after they robbed the Dakota Tipi Gaming
On November 4, 2017, at approximately 11:40 am, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Dakota Tipi Gaming Centre.
According to investigators a male armed with a sawed-off shotgun entered the gaming centre walked back to the cashier and removed cash from the drawer.
The suspect fled the scene, running out the front door into a waiting small grey, 4 door Chevy.
The car was being driven by a female accomplice who witnesses described as having a ponytail with large glasses wearing red lipstick.
Police described the suspect as male. 6’2″ to 6’4″ tall, wearing a black coat, black pants, black neck warmer. and a grey and black toque. The suspect has a noticeable scar on the back of his neck.

Police continue to investigate.
