The Arlington Street bridge is set to close on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, and remain that way until Monday, November 4, 2019.
The city says that they will be performing an inspection on the structure of the bridge and well as maintenance repairs.
Drivers are advised to use either Mcphillips or the Slaw Rebchuk Bridge while the inspection is taking place.
Pedestrians will still be able to use the sidewalk on the east side of the bridge during the closure.
