RCMP issued an Amber Alert after a mother and her two children were abducted from a Fort St John, British Columbia home.
Police say that a 23-year-old mother and her two children one aged 4, the other 10 months were last seen around 11:00 am on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
Police believe they were abducted by 36-year-old Jason Dalrymple and may have been on their way to Ontario.
Manitoba RCMP extended a BC Amber Alert just after 5:30 pm sending notices to cellular phones and other devices in Manitoba.
At 6:45 Manitoba RCMP issued a media release noting that the Amber Alert has been cancelled. The suspect was taken into custody near Kenora, Ontario and the mother and children are safe.
