Winnipeg Police have identified the man shot and killed Monday morning, June 17, 2019 on Agnes Street.
Homicide investigators say the victim is 23-year-old Chad McKenzie.
McKenzie’s death is the 23rd homicide so far in 2019.
Police are asking everyone in the area who have video security systems to check them for anything that may help investigators.
