UPDATED

Isabel Street northbound was closed between Ross Avenue and Logan Avenue on Monday afternoon, March 18, 2019 after an adult female and young child were hit by a vehicle.

Both victims were taken to hospital by paramedics in critical condition.

Police had the area closed to traffic for most of the afternoon.

Winnipeg Police Traffic Division is asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact them. Investigators would like motorists who were in the area to check their dashcams for any video that may have captured the incident.
