Winnipeg Police Service homicide investigators are looking for the suspect in the killing of 31-year-old Jamie Daniel Flett.
On Wednesday, December 30, 2020, officers were called to a residence around 3:30 am in the 1600 block of Burrows Avenue for the report of a male who had been seriously assaulted. Flett was taken to hospital in critical condition but died from his injuries on January 1, 2021.
Detectives have identified a suspect in the murder and are looking for 29-year-old Evan Jaye Littlejohn. An arrest warrant for Manslaughter has been issued.
Littlejohn is described as 5′ 11″ tall weighing 176 pounds.
Police are asking for help in locating the suspect but warn he is not to be approached.
