Winnipeg Police Service responded in force to an apartment in the 500 block of Balmoral Street late Friday night, December 18, 2020.
Two people were taken out of the building by paramedics and transported to the hospital in unknown condition with police following behind.
One of the people being placed in one of the ambulances could be heard saying “I stabbed him”.
Inside the building yellow tape could be seen just inside the entrance to the apartment block cordoning off a stairwell.
