Winnipeg Police have released new video footage taken on the day that 40-year-old Cynthia Parisian disappeared in 2019.
Cynthia was last seen at the Home Depot located at 845 Leila Avenue during the afternoon of February 17,2019, and had been wearing dark clothing with a pink toque.
Investigators with the missing persons unit have been investigating her disappearance since that time and are releasing video surveillance footage that appears to show her entering a dark-coloured truck in the Home Depot parking lot after she left the building.
In the video the truck is seen circling the parking lot before stopping and picking up Parisian.
