RCMP reported on Friday September 11, 2020, that Jason Heinrichs was dead. His death does not appear to be suspicious according to police.
On September 7, 2020, at 2:45 pm, RCMP received a report of a missing 47-year-old man from the Town of Morris. Jason Heinrichs was last seen by his family at 11 pm on September 6 and has not been active on social media.
Jason Heinrichs is described as 5’11”, approximately 165 lbs, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He has tribal tattoos on both his upper arms and back.
Police and family are concerned for his wellbeing as Jason does not possess a vehicle or cell phone. It is possible that he may have hitchhiked away from the community.
