The Winnipeg Police Service Sex Crimes Unit have arrested and charged a suspect in connection to a sexual assault on a female teen.
On Tuesday, August 11, 2020, police say the suspect approached two female teens near Stella Avenue and McKenzie Street. After a short physical confrontation with the teens after he grabbed their phones, he grabbed one of the teens and pulled here through several yards to a nearby industrial area.
The suspect then seriously sexually assaulted the teen.

Members of the Sex Crimes Unit investigated and located a suspect on August 13, 2020.
32-year-old Cody Lance George Klyne from Winnipeg was arrested and charged for his alleged involvement with Sexual Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Sexual Interference, Forcible Confinement And two counts of robbery
Klyne was detained in custody.
