Three facing charges after traffic stop leads to drug bust

RCMP have taken three males into custody after a traffic stop in Souris.

Police say that a search of the vehicle the males were in resulted in the seizure of 154.5 grams of Methamphetamine, brass knuckles and other drug-related paraphernalia.

20-year-old Riley Yates from Virden has been charged for his alleged involvement with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Weapons Possession Contrary to a Court Order.

22-year-old Michael McCulloch from Brandon has been charged for his alleged involvement with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Fail to Comply with a Release Order Condition.

An 18-year-old, from Virden, has been charged for his alleged involvement with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

RCMP continue to investigate.
