In an effort to control the suspect a taser was used but the first attempt wasn’t effective. Officers fired the weapon a second time which caused the man to fall to the ground.

As the suspect was lying on the ground he reached into his pants, according to police, and tried to get rid of a bag that had 1.3 ounces of methamphetamine and 1.5 grams of Cocaine.
