Three arrested on drug and weapon charges after police search home on Halkirk Bay

Winnipeg Police have arrested two women and a man after executing a search warrant on Halkirk Bay, just of Mcleod Avenue on the evening of  August 29, 2017.

As officers searched the home they located illegal drugs (cocaine, oxycodone & marijuana), a 9mm handgun and more than $1400 in cash.

Mitchell Stephen Lee Bruneau,36,  Nicole Leah Spence, 30 and a 54-years-old female all from Winnipeg have been charged for their alleged involvement with:

  • Store Firearm or Restricted Weapon Contrary to Regulations
  • Possession of a Weapon
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm x2
  • Possession of a Firearm, Prohibited or Restricted  Weapon Obtained by Crime
  • Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance – Marihuana
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
