One man injured in two-vehicle collision on Highway 1 near Sidney, Manitoba

The 34-year-old driver of a box truck that collided with a semi on Highway 1 just east of Sidney, Manitoba was taken to hospital with serious, non-life threatening, injuries late Friday afternoon, November 4, 2022.

RCMP say that around 4:50 pm officers responded to the collision.

The investigation determined that the semi was stopped on the shoulder he a box truck veered onto the shoulder and crashed into the rear of the semi trailer.

The driver of the semi was not injured.

Police continue to investigate
