ICE Unit identifies Winnipeg Pornographer
Winnipeg’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE), after a long investigation, identified a Winnipeg man as having uploaded child sexual abuse images from a known chat room site.
Police executed a search warrant on a home in Transcona on February 8, 2017
Charged, for his alleged involvement, with Possession of Child Pornography, Imports, Distributes, Sells or Possesses for the purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography is 69 year old Donald Miller
He was remanded into custody.
