Investigators are looking at the scene of a fire that happened on Wardlaw Avenue Monday morning.

Crews got the call around 5:00am and arrived to a home engulfed in smoke.

The house, built in the early part of the last century made it difficult for fire fighters to knock down the flames due to the style of construction used at the time.

No one was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
