556 new cases of COVID-19 have been identified today. Public health officials are reporting one death related to the virus today.
The current provincial COVID-19 test positivity rate is 10.9 per cent.
Of the cases identified in the province today, 116 are people who are not fully vaccinated and 440 of those who are fully vaccinated.
There are 2,933 active cases of COVID-19 in the province. 144 people are in hospital due to COVID-19 including 28 patients being treated in ICU.
3,886 lab tests were taken yesterday. That brings the total number of COVID-19 tests completed in the province since February 2020 to 1,244,692.
The total number of people who died from the virus in Manitoba is 1,369.
