Winnipeg police have arrested and charged 23 year old Paige Crossman with the murder of Theodoros Belayneh on November 26, 2016.
Police say that the accused fired multiple shots at the vehicle Belayneh was driving in hitting him and another male in the car.
Crossman has been charged with First Degree Murder, Attempt Murder, Possess Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking, Trafficking in a controlled Substance, Possess Proceeds of Crime for her alleged involvement.
