The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics help in locating a missing 14 year old female, Shyla BOUBARD. BOUBARD was last seen early in the morning on Monday, February 27, 2017, in the North End area of Winnipeg.
BOUBARD is described as Aboriginal, 5’7″ tall, 134 pounds, long auburn hair and brown eyes. She may be wearing a dark pink sweater, dark pants and black shoes.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for BOUBARDS well-being and is asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.14
