Some Manitobans continued to ignore public health orders between July 26 and August 1 according to provincial data.
During that week 27 warnings were issues and 14 tickets were issued for breaching COVID-19 restrictions.
Nine people were fined $1,296 along with three who received tickets of $298 for failure to were a man in an indoor public place.
Two businesses were fine $5,000 each for being in contravention of public health orders.
