Winnipeg Police arrested a 13-year-old boy in connection to a series of attacks on February 19, 2023.
Police released information on the attacks that happened over a six-hour period and at the time thought that the suspects were in their 20s.
Five people were victimized with at least three of them having been assaulted with bear spray.

Investigators identified one of the suspects in the case but were having difficulty in locating him. On March 8, 2023, the 13-year-old male suspect turned himself in to police.
The teen has been charged for his alleged involvement with three counts of Assault with a Weapon, Assault, Carrying Concealed Weapon Prohibited Device or Ammunition, Robbery and four counts of Possession of a Weapon.
The suspect was released on an Undertaking as mandated by the Criminal Code.
