Winnipeg Police have captured the second suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Gilbert Chartrand on April 4, 2018.
Police were called to the scene in the 500 block of Agnes Street just before 8:00 pm and located Chartrand suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to hospital in critical condition and died soon afterwards
Jerome Devon Kakagamic was arrested earlier today, April 18, 2018, and will be charged with second-degree murder in Chartrand’s killing along with the other accused man Faron Henderson who was arrested on April 9, 2018.
