On Tuesday, July 18, 2017, a woman was sent to the hospital in stable condition after being hit by a vehicle. The collision happened around 1:30 pm at Watt Street and Munroe Avenue. Fatal collision between SUV and two pedestrians

A female pedestrian has died after being struck by an SUV Monday afternoon. It happened just after 4:00 pm at the St. Mary’s Avenue and Carlton Street intersection. One male and one female pedestrian were struck. The driver of the SUV and the male pedestrian were taken to the hospital, treated and released. The female was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died of her injuries. Emergency crews rushed four people to hospital with burn injuries after the vehicle they were in burst into flames after a collision with a fire hydrant. It happened on Gallagher Avenue around 11:15 pm Saturday, July 15, 2017.   When police arrived they found four people who were suffering from serious burns. All of the victims were taken to hospital.
