    Release and catch         Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) has put a convicted high risk sex offender back in jail just one day after he was released from Stony Mountain Institution.     As News4 told you Michael James Fells, 34 was released into the community on Monday May 1, 2017. FELLS has a history of sexual offences.     Classroom used as storage says school division           Winnipeg fire crews responded to a fire at Ecole Riverbend in the early morning hours on Wednesday.     It happened just after 2:00 am.
